This $23 million, 125,000 sq. ft. industrial and corporate office building expects to employ 228 people initially with plans to expand. Fortune 500 phosphate company Mosaic moved headquarters to the Tampa area with an estimated 150 employees planning to move from MN office. Validity Inc., a data quality and compliance company, opened a new hub in Tampa. The latest tech firm to move, following Vendita Technology Group, Revature, and the Frank Recruitment Group. The new $500 million dollar project on 22-acre site is scheduled for completion in 2021. 1.8 million sq. ft. of retail, residential, office and entertainment space tied together with four acres of walkable leisure area. The $3 billion, 16-block mega-development recently broke ground on a new JW Marriott hotel and the $164.7 million University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute. The goal is to become the centerpiece of an emerging medical-tech cluster. They plan to be the first WELL-Certified district in the world.
